Brewing Instructions
1. Sanitise all equipment thoroughly.
2. Transfer the fresh wort into your sanitised fermenter.
3. Top up with room temperature water (if desired) to 21 L.
4. Pitch yeast following the manufacturer’s recommendations.
5. Ferment at the appropriate temperature for your chosen yeast strain.
6. Once fermentation is complete, cold crash and add finings (optional).
7. Bottle or keg, carbonate to taste, and chill well.
8. Enjoy your crisp, clean, home-brewed Dry Lager responsibly!
