Brewing Instructions
1. Sanitise all equipment thoroughly.
2. Transfer the fresh wort into your sanitised fermenter.
3. Top up with room temperature water (if desired) to 21 L.
4. Pitch yeast following the manufacturer’s guidelines.
5. Ferment at the recommended temperature for your chosen yeast.
6. Once fermentation is complete, cold crash and add finings (optional).
7. Bottle or keg and carbonate to taste.
8. Enjoy your clean, crisp, home-brewed lager responsibly!
