How to Bottle Your Home Brew
1. Clean & Sanitise:
Wash and sanitise all bottles, caps, and equipment.
2. Add Carbonation Tablets:
Drop the correct number of carbonation tablets into each bottle
(check packet for dosage usually 1 tab for 330 mL, 2 for 750 mL).
3. Fill Bottles:
Gently siphon beer into bottles, leaving 2–3 cm headspace.
Avoid splashing to limit oxygen pickup.
4. Cap & Store:
Cap bottles and store at room temperature (18–22 °C) for 10–14 days to carbonate.
5. Chill & Enjoy:
Refrigerate for 24 hours before opening for best clarity and flavour.
