Kegging with a Siphon and Minimising Dissolved Oxygen

1. Clean & sanitise all gear (keg, siphon, hose, fittings).

2. Purge keg with CO₂ before filling (10–20 sec, vent a few times).

3. Start siphon gently. Place hose to the bottom of the keg to avoid splashing.

4. (Optional) Run a slow CO₂ blanket through the gas post while filling.

5. Seal and purge headspace 3–4 times after filling.

Keep your beer fresher, brighter, and better for longer.
